deciding the colour-scheme

We decided that the colour scheme should be bright colours on a black background as this would be attractive to look at as well as making the text easy to read. The font would be a fun and attractive font so as not to lose the young audience's attention.

We decided our color scheme would be vibrant. The font is bright and almost florescent pink that is eye catching, and at the same time, readable. We have added a few animations to the font to give a more interesting feel which also adds to the suitability of the target audience.

Soundtrack

As this is a children's film, the soundtrack needs to be interesting enough to hold the young audience's attention. it cannot contain any expletive language and mustn't be too un-nerving, with a relatively upbeat bass and drum line and not to many complex and hard to follow rhythms.





This song is good for a soundtrack as it is fun, there is no swearing involved in the lyrics and is appropriate for the target audience as when the band released this song they were in their teens which made them close to the age group in mind for the opening sequence. The song is bubbly and uplifting which are two of the qualities that will be needed when we create the soundtrack for our own title sequence. Something along the lines of this song will either be used or at least kept in mind when creating our soundtrack. Our soundtrack will most probably be toned down in terms of 'rockiness' and made a little more acoustic to ease the target audience into the excitement of 'The Magical Meep's Adventure'.
